General Terms & Conditions

Please be aware that for bespoke products, once your order has been received we will be unable to return any payments made due to the items being handmade to order.

The time needed to complete orders varies from order to order. If the item is in stock then it will be posted within 7 working days. If an item is not in stock, materials will need to be ordered in and hand painted. The time for this could be 2-3 weeks. During busier periods turn around times can be 4-5 weeks. Current turn around times will be displayed on the homepage of the website and will be updated accordingly.

Please remember that the products are hand finished by one person and this can take time, especially during busy periods.

A confirmation email will be sent when the item is dispatched and products will typically be shipped by Royal Mail (Second Class). Once products have been shipped they will be out of the control of Woody's Boutique. Proof of postage can be provided on request. Once your order has been posted we advise 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Orders can sometimes be delayed in transit due to public holidays or weekends. If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, a card will be left to tell you that it can be collected. Royal Mail will only keep your parcel for around 3 weeks, it is then returned to Woody’s Boutique. It is your responsibility to collect your parcel. If your parcel is returned to us you will have to pay a re-delivery charge for the parcel to be re-sent.

Although great care is taken during packaging, breakages are sometimes unavoidable.

Each order must be paid for in full before dispatch. This includes payment for posting.

We will use recycled and/or biodegradable packaging whenever possible. We are always looking at ways in which we can improve this to help the environment.

Personalised Designs

You are responsible for checking the spelling and grammar of personalised items. The information and spelling you provide will be used for the product. We are not responsible for any mistakes if you have provided incorrect information.
